State and local
State, city and county bids, in one place.
A state registry, hundreds of city and county bid pages, and the cooperative programs that buy for many agencies at once. BidCast covers them, updated three times a day, and sends you the open ones that fit what you sell.
What's covered
State procurement registries
Each state's own registry of bids and RFPs, including DC, with every match linked to the official posting.
City and county bid pages
The bid pages of hundreds of cities and counties, so the local work that never reaches a state registry reaches you.
Cooperative contracts
Solicitations from cooperative programs such as Sourcewell, BuyBoard and Choice Partners, whose contracts other agencies can buy from without a bid of their own.
More →Small purchases, tagged
Quick quotes and informal bids carry a small-purchase tag: often the fastest way into an agency you haven't sold to.
More →Only the states you sell in
Per state at $10 a month, Regional for up to six, or National for everywhere. Change your plan anytime; you pay the difference.
Council votes before the RFP
With Intelligence, see council and board votes that name what you sell before a solicitation is posted.

In plain words
BidCast does

Questions
Which states can I get?
Any. Choose the states you sell in: one is free for the first month, then $10 a month each, $29 a month for up to six, or $149 a month for every state, DC and federal.
Are city and county bids included?
Yes. City and county bid pages are covered alongside the state registry, in the states you choose.
What is a cooperative contract?
A contract one public body awards on behalf of many, which other agencies can then buy from without running their own bid. Our guide lists the programs and where their solicitations are posted.
What counts as a small purchase?
A quick quote or informal bid below a government's formal bid threshold. The thresholds vary by state; our guide lists each one, with its rule.
Does BidCast submit bids for me?
No. BidCast finds and follows opportunities and helps you write the response; you submit through the government's own process, which may ask you to register with that government.
